A new echelle spectrograph with CCD
detection
has been launched on the market. The spectrograph called Spectrelle® is the first model in a
series of future application dedicated Spectrelle models. The
present model, Spectrelle 20000, has been developed with focus
on applications in
fusion boundary plasma
spectroscopy. It simultaneously records high resolution spectra at a
frame rate of up to one Hertz depending on illumination
conditions.
